Tiny Choons on Dublin Digital Radio: Episode 1 - Telephones

Tiny Choons has a new monthly show on Dublin Digital Radio!  You can listen to the first episode here, a bunch of tunes all about telephones! (And not a Blondie tune to be heard!) so, a wide mix from Kelis, Midnight Star, Blood Orange, Prince, The Rah Band and a lot more:

Tiny Choons RnB show

So in a confusing turn of events this is the first podcast we recorded in Clear Haze but the 3rd to be released. We put this together soon after Prince died and it's just a collection of some of our favourite Prince tunes, RnB and hip-hop vibes. Nothing fancy, just stone cold classics, and it's pretty chilled to begin!
 

Tiny Choons on Clear Haze: Episode 1

It's been a while but Tiny Choons are back on the interweb airwaves with a new podcast in a new home on the excellent Clear Haze! We will (hopefully) have a monthly show in 2017, schedules permitting! This episode was our first show in the new studio, recorded near the end of last year, featuring tunes from LIV, Soft Hair, Tanlines and loads more. Don't worry, we're still unable to pronounce any DJ names.

Tiny Choons at Beatyard 2016

Big thanks to Mark from Clearhaze for giving me this recording - These are the tunes we played at the nautical Beatyard festival which took place in Dun Laoghaire Harbour a few months ago. Mostly hip hop and some of our favourite beats!

Tiny Choons mini-mix for Radiomade's Guinness World Record attempt

The Radiomade guys are making another attempt at a Guinness World Record* in aid of Movember at the moment. They started this morning at 9am and are going to have a marathon radio show til Sunday night! Getting excited about our next Tiny Choons episode tomorrow (Monday May12th). Tiny Choons #3: Robot Edition

SO. A couple of weeks ago I posted about a mixtape The Revenge made full of amazing soul tracks. He and Roargroove had a competition where they made an actual tape and gave it away to a listener. Lo and behold, my amazing Tiny Choons co-host Zonja (pictured above, so smug) WON the tape. I was very jealous. But delighted a Swooner reader won it!
