Kool Clap live at Le Rafiot on RBMA Radio

Kool Clap always plays a slick mix of upbeat housey tunes with elements of hip hop, funk, soul and /or 80s vibes, pretty much my dream party music. Would love to see this guy live. This is a live set from Strasbourg from end of January I think.

I've posted a bunch of Kool Clap's stuff on Swooner check it out here.

Kool Clap's Fall/Winter mix 2013

Another sweet mini-mix from Kool Clap. Always great tracks, this one includes some Mr. Oizo and also has that Kuar track by Emmanuel Jal, the Henrik Schwarz remix (I think?) which is awesome. (I put that in a spotify playlist recently, check it out here!) and some Chromeo, John Talabot and even some Jets, so you know it's good!

Kool Clap: Sea, Salt & Sun mix

"While you drive back from the beach to shower."

A pretty hot  R'n'B summery mini - mix from Kool Clap. I'm into it. Any mix that begins with Ginuwine's Pony is alright with me.

Kool Clap's Boogie Cartel mix

This is a mix Kool Clap did for Boogie Cartel; it's only 25 minutes long but it has a lot going on. Not least a remix of 'I Specialize in Love' by Sharon Brown and also 'Never Too Much' by Luther Vandross. As well as a bunch of hip hop and beats, in keeping with Kool Clap's sweet style:

Kool Clap's set from Villette Sonique

I love Kool Clap's sound, upbeat and happy, hip hop influenced. I posted a show he did for Red Bull Music Academy Radio before but they seem to have reconfigured their site and a lot of their content is gone. Which is a damn shame. However, this mix is also really good, makes me want to go out dancing. And find out what Villette Sonique is and see if I can go there. Happy Saturday:

Kool Clap Red Bull radio show

This mix is deadly, not least as it has a previously unheard by me Chromeo mix - (Treasure Fingers, Cross The Dancefloor) - It's always good when you get a bit of surprise Dave1 all up in your ear grills. And the rest of the mix is quality too, if you're into that whole french and or super funky thing.
