So this album from Kai Hugo's solo project is coming out soon on Tim Sweeney's Beats In Space label. It is fucking deadly and you can stream it on RA's soundcloud below. All the tracks have sweet names, my current favourite it Vic Trevino. Serious tune.

Swooner Exclusive Mix no. 14: Juan C's 'Your Silent Face' Mix

The latest exclusive Swooner mix is here! Last November I was in Madrid for a few days and my friend Lucia brought us to a great bar called Evaristo where the music was amazing and the vibes were flowing. One of the DJs in particular caught my ear-eye and after a modicum of friendly internet stalking on my part he very kindly just made this deadly mix for Swooner! It's very slick - low BPMs, every tune is really great, driving, slow beats - I've had it on the past day or two and it's a total slow burner. DL link below. Gracias Juan C!

New York disco dreamboats Midnight Magic play a live show in Opium Rooms this Saturday, with support from Dublin's own disco dreamboats Kelly-Ann Byrne and Stephen Manning! Lazpod 29

Latest Lazpod is one hour and forty minutes of quality vibes, as per usual. Some of them are a little out there. But it's always good to widen those ear horizons. I always learn something new listening to a Lazpod, and there are some whopper tracks thrown in. Loving that midway Squire track!

Leon Oziel's (fka/aka Perseus) new mix is whopper!

Perseus is now also going by his real name, Leon Oziel. Which is a pretty damn cool name. I would have just gone with that straight off the bat. But, who cares, this mix is amazing and filled with absolute tunes, some banging, some beautiful, all whopper. Seems like Perseus is all grown up and lashing out the fucking beats - with the hashtag romantic techno, just in time for Valentine's day, what a charmer. Swoon, swoon, swoon.

Sleazy McQueen owns a record label called Whiskey Disco. That should be all you need to know. However, just in case you are a cynical heathen, this mix is sweet - disco and funk vibes with a couple of cool unexpected jams in there including some Imagination so obviously I am loving it. Rumours that I came across this mix while googling 'disco whiskey' have been greatly exaggerated.
